Self-regulation for Autism Condition using Yoga Science

This workshop was delivered to professionals who have completed yoga teacher’s course as well as for yoga teachers who wish to work with special needs. The workshop focussed on bridging yoga science principles with neuroscience of autism to understand primary and secondary emotional needs in children. And how to use the principles to design the yoga session to help the child have an embodied experience of self-regulation with the help of their yoga therapist.
