Self-regulation treatment approach

  • W-E carries a framework that integrates neurobiology theory of emotional systems (Affective Neuroscience), child development and Traditional Sutras for emotional health in Yoga Science.

  • W-E therapy outcomes will be self-evident when child or adult gain confidence to calmly tune into their internal experience with pain whilst engaging with the source of distress.

  • W-E also carries the responsibility in our care for your health to advise when this treatment approach may not be the pathway to alleviate your pain/distress.
